End-User License Agreement

HRGAMEWORLD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Licensed Content strictly in accordance with this EULA.

This license does not constitute a sale. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

2.1 Personal Use: Licensed Content may be used only for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2.2 Streaming and Monetized Content: You may use the Licensed Content in recorded gameplay videos, livestreams, and monetized platforms such as YouTube, provided such use does not violate this EULA, platform policies, or applicable laws.

2.3 Commercial Use (Restricted): Commercial use, including training institutes, simulation centers, educational or institutional environments, and commercial simulators, is strictly prohibited unless explicit prior written approval is granted by HRGAMEWORLD.

Approval may be limited per user, per organization, or per product.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble, modify or create derivative works, bypass licensing or security systems, redistribute or resell content, or use Licensed Content on multiple systems simultaneously.

Licenses are bound to one system. Up to six system transfers per year may be permitted at HRGAMEWORLD's discretion.

To ensure security, licensing enforcement, compatibility, fraud prevention, and performance stability, the application may collect non-personal system configuration data including BIOS configuration, operating system details, CPU information, GPU information, motherboard details, monitor configuration, storage device information, RAM configuration, and the application runtime directory path.

This data does not personally identify you, is not sold or shared with third parties, and is used solely for operational, licensing, and security purposes.

By using the application, you explicitly consent to this collection.

HRGAMEWORLD discloses that the application may collect and inspect system details through Windows and .NET facilities, communicate over HTTP or HTTPS, perform file and directory operations, interact with the Windows registry, create or terminate processes, use .NET runtime resources, manipulate data, persist state through registry Run keys, and use anti-analysis or integrity checks for security and cleanup purposes.

All listed capabilities are employed only for legitimate operational purposes.

HRGAMEWORLD states that the complete antivirus scan report for the application is available, and users are encouraged to independently verify or test the software on their own systems.

The application contains no malware, spyware, or unauthorized data collectors. All system-level operations are legitimate and disclosed in this agreement.

All Licensed Content remains the exclusive property of HRGAMEWORLD or its respective creators. HRGAMEWORLD may act as an authorized distributor where applicable.

No rights are granted except those explicitly stated.

HRGAMEWORLD may, without notice, deploy automatic updates, modify, suspend, or remove features, and change compatibility or system requirements.

Licensed Content may change or become unavailable at any time.

This license terminates immediately if you violate this EULA, your account is suspended or banned, or you engage in piracy, fraud, or misuse.

Upon termination, all Licensed Content becomes unusable, reinstallation or reactivation is blocked, and no refunds are issued.

HRGAMEWORLD uses automated systems to validate licenses, detect unauthorized usage, and prevent piracy and abuse.

Circumvention constitutes a material breach and may result in permanent enforcement actions.

Licensed Content is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

No warranties are made regarding performance or uptime, system compatibility, or continuous availability.

Use is entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HRGAMEWORLD shall have zero liability, including for data loss, hardware or system damage, business interruption, loss of profits, and indirect or consequential damages.

Users must be 18 years or older, or the age of legal majority, to purchase Licensed Content.

Minors may access free content only with parental or guardian supervision.

This EULA is governed by the laws applicable in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Bhopal courts.

Sections concerning intellectual property, system data collection, security, liability, and enforcement survive termination.

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and HRGAMEWORLD and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.
